Go to the top right corner and there should be a blue button that says, “new topic” click it and you have a new topic!
I was about to say, “make a new topic to ask your question” and then I realized that you were asking how to make a new topic.

It is currently not working because of some restriction that the Chinese Government put on it, I don't know the full details.

My Five nights at Cai's was a STICKMAN HORROR GAME! They removed it for being too scary? HOW? I made it stickmen SPECIFICALLY so that nobody thought it was too scary. Scratch Team, this was not the best thing you have done, and why have you removed my best game from scratch. Lots of people played it. They never complained to me about anything. Why did you have to remove it? I was making a whole series off it, now it is being cancelled! Thanks a lot scratch team >

Hey, it would be best to use contact us for private situations like this. Plus, you can't even determine if anyone reported it, people shouldn't be saying if they report a project or not.

Hello, please don't publicly report things here-instead use Contact Us to alert the Scratch Team about an issue.
Also, if you know that what you're going to post is offtopic-then don't post it.

The text color for me (a colorblind user) makes it hard to read - it's not much different from the white background. Could you at least change it to a darker shade of blue? Maybe the darker blue in the shadow in your icon?~~~~
