Shared Account Rules
I feel like the rule against shared accounts should be more openly expressed. @Paddle2See has a post in the forums where it is explained why sharing an account between two people is not allowed, but the post was from over a year ago and the information cannot be found anywhere else that I know of. I understand it falls under the sharing contact information in the community guidelines, but a lot of Scratchers still don't know that they shouldn't do this. Collaboration in the community is encouraged, and while it should be through remixing and on the forums, Scratchers see how easy it is to make the account and not the harm it could cause. I don't think that the community guidelines should be changed to accommodate this, but I think it should be stated somewhere on the website where Scratchers can easily see it, especially with the removal of the forum icon on the top bar. This would clear up confusion and prevent bans, while still encouraging collaboration.
Here is an example of the confusion, as there really isn't much information about it.
Also note: Shared accounts between family/ other people you know personally are allowed.

Exactly. That's why I think it should be more noticeable (if that's the right word)

I agree, but if you make a shared account you should know the person in real life and trust them.

Pretty sure that is allowed. I think it falls under the family category in @Paddle2See's post.

Actually, you can share an account with someone you trust (and preferably know IRL).

Actually, you can share an account with someone you trust (and preferably know IRL). @YubNubEwok also brought that up, it is stated in the post that family/friend accounts are okay. But if it isn't someone you know, and even if you're okay with sharing your email, it's still not allowed.

Yeah, Maybe the ST could add a section about this in the community guidelines?

I’m using this old post (a bump) to tell you I have a survey!
I can’t post it anywhere outside of the forums because Scratch thinks there is unmoderated chat, but I assure you there is no way to type on it and no emails or usernames are collected at all.
I’m curious to what the Scratch community thinks I look like
If you could, it would be greatly appreciated if you took this survey

Like the post above this one, I’m using this to tell you I have a survey! Again!
Since Scratch doesn’t like links to google, I have to post it here on the forums
Anyways, if you’re interested, take a look here
