I know a little bit about Scratch Wiki but I need to know more so I can apply for an account. Please tell me about the Scratch Wiki and what account holders do.

It's the official encyclopedia of Scratch.
It contains lots of info about Scratch and what it is. It's also a collaborative thing, like many other wikis and Wikipedia.
