I've noticed that on some languages, on the older pages without the newer blue header, the “tips” button shows up in english.
Here's an example in Spanish:
On the newer pages it translates:

On the older pages it does not.


The older pages should use the translations from the newer pages to translate the “tips” button.

Unfortunately the new and old pages use completely different translation technology. So the same word has to be entered by translators in the files for both systems. The translation from the other system will show up as a suggestion, so hopefully that will make it easier for translators. We don't do automatic translation, so there always has to be a person who reviews the translation for correctness, and that can take a little time when there are changes.
