Very nice! The formatting is awesome. I think with just a bit of work, this could replace this topic
https://scratch-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/discuss/topic/4446/
in the sticky area. Really, the only thing I see missing is some guidance to the new Scratcher as to what their new topics might be about (see the sentence “We invite you to make your own introductory post here if you want - maybe tell us what you hope to do with Scratch, or about some of your interests. Or, ask a question you might have about Scratch or the forums.”)

Hey, I think we should remove the apostrophe from “Scratchers” inside of the title for proper grammar. Maybe capitalize forum if it's going to be a title as well.
Also, yeah, I think we could add what Paddle2See is mentioning; some direction as to what to do after you've posted inside of the New Scratchers forum.

I did the first part. I am still thinking of how to implement what Paddles said.

We could expand this section
“Create new topics to introduce yourself and ask questions about the community.”
And turn it into this:
“Create new topics to introduce yourself and ask questions about the community. You can speak about why you chose your username or your logo. Write about what you hope Scratch will accomplish for you. You may want to detail any prior programming experience which you may have in other languages. Does anyone have more to add to this?

How to Use the New Scratchers Forum
I think this is a great way to guide New Scratchers! I was a New Scratcher myself once and trust me it was hard! But this will help thousands (maybe even millions) of New Scratchers all around the world!
