It would get data as someone logged out most likely. As if you're logged out, you can't get session ID's or emails from anyone because that's handled by encryption, hashes, and other stuff by Scratch itself.
Logged in would actually be fine. But can only whitelist certain paths.

It'd be nice but the problem is with scripts like this

end

define ignore (value)
that would be a problem for people with limited broadband or mobile data.

Yes, because the web isn't completely static so you won't always get the same response…

Ah you're right, the mods can't be sure that next time, the website won't change to something bad.

Mobile data? Scratch is for PC.

This might be complicated for new scratches and scratch is support to be for beginners.
