Is there any form of licensing - or is it possible at all to manufacture (for sale) a clone/variant picoboard? I would be talking about quite a lot, also thinking about a smaller version with only 1 or no jack connector sensors. Only asking about the legal side of things here, not manufacture. Thanks.

At the moment I'm developing an Arduino-shield which can be used as Scratch-/Picoboard, without modifications in Scratch..
I hope to release it in a couple of weeks.
