Making some progress on the topic of decompiling Scratch 2.0, will post here as I go on.

20/02/2014:
Managed to extract a CODE only with FLA, but no resources
Managed to extract a few resources including images, sounds, fonts and dependancies, but no FLA.
Merged FLA version with Resource Version

Current Task - Fix some compiler issues (Note: Code was written in Flex, so will try and port to Creative Suite later.)

When the project is in a working state I will let you guys know
