Eric Schilling is the new Scratch community coordinator. He’ll be working to help grow the Scratch mentor and helper programs and other aspects of our great community. Eric’s background is in education and flimmaking. He also facilitated an online workshop to support educators using Scratch in the classroom. Say hi on his 5 Things About Me project.

Linda Garmon is starting in the new position of communications manager for the Lifelong Kindergarten group at the Media Lab. She will be coordinating upcoming Scratch events like Scratch Day and the Scratch@MIT conference.

Andrew Fader is a web developer with lots of experience with the many technologies used to run the Scratch website. He’ll be helping us grow our infrastructure to keep up with all the New Scratchers who are joining, as well as fixing bugs and adding cool new features. You can say hi on his Scratch profile.

And finally, Ray Schamp is a web developer who has been working with us since Fall of last year, helping us manage the tremendous growth we’ve seen over the past several months. When he’s not working on fixes and features for Scratch, he’s making awesome origami projects (in multiple dimensions!)
