No support, scratch is a programming software to introduce coding to kids, and as someone stated before, there are no layers in actual code.

You just have to go through the stress all coders go through- organization

Not all coders have to deal with clicking and dragging blocks around on accident. Instead, they can type. Implementing this new UI would allow for us to no longer have that issue of code not running, so that's why I've supported this suggestion as well as adding a few unique features.
