Both Scratch, Snap! and Ping SONAR modules are supported in s2a_fm

s2a_fm now supports both Snap! and Scratch. Support for Ping (HC-SR04 type) has also been added.

It's great to see Snap! compatibility.

Compatibility was trivial. Just needed to add handlers for the reporter blocks, since Snap uses individual reporter requests unlike the Scratch general poll. And voila - works for both products. Now let's hope that developers for both Snap! and Scratch continue to allow common code for both.

My hats off to both the Snap!! and Scratch development teams.

I would love to see other extension developers provide dual compatibility - it really is easy to do.
