Animate CC
Now that flash professional is animate cc, and there is a webgl export option, does the Scratch Team still need to rewrite the entire player and editor in HTML?

Yes, I think they still have too. I don't think the Scratch Team use Flash Professional/Animate CC, because Animate CC is not required to compile Scratch's source code.

Doesn't it need the Air SDK/Flash Builder/Flash SDK?
