All my projects aren't showing when I click on my stuff, but if I refresh the page they all show… :S is there anyway you could make it so that my projects load without having to refresh the page??

I feel like blocked Scratchers should recieve warnings. Violate the rules, you get a warning. Maybe the system should be like this:
Warning 1: Account is suspended for a day. Offending comment/project etc. deleted. After 6 months with no violations, your warning resets.
Warning 2: 1 week long suspension, put on watchlist that makes you more closely monitored. Year-long wait for warning reset. Warning reset takes you off watchlist.
Warning 3: 30-day suspension, final warning. No resetting of warning counter.
4th offense: Not even a warning- ST closes your account.
Blocked accounts should show up, but offending material shouldn't. Comments and tagging should be locked, and the projects should tell you the owners were banned.
We need to do something to keep them from making new accounts repeatedly, though. If you start a new account to break the rules, it's hard to stop you.
Notice these warnings are harsh but are reasonable and allow Scratchers to redeem themselves and turn back from rulebreaking. But they're only suggestions- the ST can do what they want with these, maybe warp them a bit to work better.
Just a thought.

Or the ST could work with the moderation system we have in place on the 1.4 site and tweak the 2.0 moderation system on that. I feel like blocked Scratchers should recieve warnings. Violate the rules, you get a warning. Maybe the system should be like this:

Moderators and ST members are the one behind the scenes taking care of reports and giving warnings. Over the years, we know what works well, and what parts need improvement; and that knowledge is used in the development of the 2.0 moderation system. But that being said, there's no need for a huge rule system overhaul like the one your describing - all that does it make it more confusing for everyone, regular members and moderators included.

Maybe you could make an announcement to let everyone know. Or when you're flagging a comment on your own project, it could also tell you that the comment will be deleted also.
That's a really good, and obvious idea, that I should've thought of long ago.

Thanks for thinking about this!
In general, the way it works right now is that we send a warning, if it's not heeded we send a stronger warning, and if that's not heeded, the account gets blocked. After that they can appeal the block, and ask to have it removed, which we'll almost always do if we feel we can trust their promise.
Respawning accounts are a problem, but in many (but not all) cases we just block the respawn.

Okay, cool. I just saw my little sister accidently get blocked for a day on Animal Jam for accidental swearing(accidental, I swear- she was typing in random letters) and I thought, Hmmm, THIS might make people on Scratch think twice about breaking rules!
Scratch on!

uh I just wanna say that you should add the ability to change variable colors and make the variables be able to go to front and to go back some layers! Then Scratch would be awesome. Scratch on! _meow_
Tell me if the scratch cat works on here! From Jinwoolee2. And how do you do signatures?

Make it easier for new users lol whats the point of changing log in to sign in?
But it means the exact same thing. Kinda pointless to change if you ask me.

Actually, for a lot of younger users / first time programmers, we think the word “sign on” is more likely to be understood than “log on” or “login”. (Does that somehow involve large pieces of wood or something?

So that's mostly what motivated the change.
