Make test accounts scratchers!

I would suggest that if it were possible the scratcher would have to fill some sort of form, saying the account to be linked, then have the test account fill the form out too, saying the account you first did it with, then the scratch team could notify both scratch accounts asking if they agree, then if they both agree the accounts get linked

So, basically removing the New Scratcher status

While all of these things may seem annoying, they are extremely effective shields against spam.
and allowing for spambots to raid Scratch?

For me, this is not possible. the Scratcher Status is simply there to prevent spam and for those New to scratch to get used to the website.

It would not be efficient to fill forms, since spambots can easily bypass the system by creating an account, make projects, and upgrade within 2 weeks. All linked accounts will be considered Scratchers, which defeats the whole purpose (which is quite unlikely).

Phone numbers wouldn't work since many Scratchers don't have phones of the their own. Emails wouldn't work either for the same reason.

You can wait a few weeks, be patient. Also, this opens the floodgates for many new types of bots. Maybe instead, we could use email detection.

Spambot wait 2 weeks, makes millions of scratcher accounts and ruins scratch.

No Support, imagine you make thousands of accounts, then you share every project from every account, and Scratch would be filled with spam.

EDIT: -1

As I mentioned before, this opens floodgates for bots, and it won't hurt to wait a few weeks. Email detection probably won't be that secure anyways.

I don't think that they could hack the server.

I mean if they “hackereded the server” they wouldn't need test accounts for it

You cannot somehow remove supporters. It should be +0. You should say “no support”, not “negative support”. You are not a supporter and that's it.

-0 is semi support.

(Oh look, this is coming from a test account, how ironic.)

No support. This opens the floodgate for spambots and trolls. Plus, can't you just log onto your computer and create 1-2 projects?

Why negative 0? And surely +0.5 would be semi-support, as it is between 1 (support) and 0 (which is logical for no support).

That's very bad password advice…
Pretty sure there are a lot of people who use passwords like letmeinnow…

Scratch doesn't know your password (I hope), only your hashed passwords, which has an avalanche effect so you cannot compare similar passwords, and since (I hope) Scratch salts their passwords, it would be still impossible to compare identical passwords.

I almost want to go “hack” into their accounts, and make a project that will be unshared, that says that they should change their password, and no, I didn't do any harm to their account.
