Anything that is positive and nice!
I suggest making a project for your favorite Scratcher and/or putting some things that they may love. One of my favorite Scratchers loves Pusheen and I made her a Pusheen the Cat project. (I took it down later.)

Make anything you want as long as it follow the Scratch guidelines!
