1. On the homepage a section called “New Users” should be created. It would say the 15 users that joined recently.
2. A random users section should be added where it shows random users that are active.
3. Also a unnoticed users section where it shows users that have less than 200 followers.
4. And a user of the week section.
Say if you would support each one and why!!!

Semi-support for ‘Unpopular Scratchers’. Full support for the rest.
Can you probably change the name of ‘unpopular scratchers’?

Seems like a good idea for the most part… it might be a little crowded then but maybe it will work… I support
How about “unnoticed”? Semi-support for ‘Unpopular Scratchers’. Full support for the rest.

I don't get it, if the 15 most recent users are given, surely they will not have any projects yet, so there isn't good reason to have it.

OK. I still think that a scratcher shouldn't follow a user without knowing the content they create, and thus I remain at semi-supprt:I don't get it, if the 15 most recent users are given, surely they will not have any projects yet, so there isn't good reason to have it.

No support for unpopular scratchers section
What would differentiate a good unnoticed scratcher and one who releases untitled-404?
They may both have less than 40 followers, but what algorithm decides they have good projects?

Since no algorithm is used, that means that some of the Scratchers aren't “underviewed” because they deserve that number of views, so “underviewed” isn't a good name for that section Support for all as long as “Unpopular Scratchers” in changed to “Underviewed” or “Unnoticed” Scratchers.

No support. People like I have much over 40 followers, that doesn't make us noticed. Also, Newest Scratchers would be pointless. They would have zero projects.

Unnoticed would be a better name for the Unpopular Scratchers row.

I like the “New Users” Idea for the second reason. That is, it would be nice to welcome people to scratch, but without knowing what projects they post, you wouldn't know if you wanted to follow them or not.
Personally, I think the “what's happening” section could use some work, too. Maybe whenever someone you follow posts a new project or loves something, the first 50 or so characters of the Notes and Credits could be included with the announcement. Similarly for when someone you follow follows someone else it could include the About Me section for that person… This is just so you are more inclined to see what people have been up to. Of course there is the danger of Scratch turning too much into a social media website. It's a delicate balance.
Overall, I support!
Techno-CAT, If an algorithm were to decide if your projects are good or not, would that be fair? The way I see it, as long as they're making projects, they are trying they're best! Though maybe you have a point. Maybe only users with the “Scratcher” rank are in the Unnoticed Users section? What would differentiate a good unnoticed scratcher and one who releases untitled-404? They may both have less than 40 followers, but what algorithm decides they have good projects?
