Um, I am making my first program on here,
and since I'm used to Khan academy's code,
I'm not used to scratch's code just yet….
how can you make a character appear and disappear when needed?

To make a sprite appear:

Use the

show

block.

To make a sprite disappear:

Use the

 hide
