Make variable, check checkbox next to “Use cloud data” or something like that, use variable blocks, but variable must be number as words and letters and symbols will not work. This is on purpose to prevent premade chatrooms using variables themselves instead of lists.

And no encoders or using loopholes to create chatrooms.

You can use them to make multiplayer games, voting systems, community drawing boards, etc.

For example, you could use cloud variables to make the “opponent” go 2 the x and y of the other player.

Don't confuse everybody now. I don't think anyone was planning on creating chatrooms with them and that example is a little complicated for someone just learning. I know because of my experience on the wiki and how scaled down the examples are for younger readers.
