If beaches aren't for shark attacks, then why do people get attacked by sharks?
They… don't

But I agree with your point in principle

Actually, they do. They're not on the news all that often, but shark attacks are a thing.

Well, not on the beach, but at the beach. In proximity to the beach. In an area of water that is close to the beach and which people generally consider to be part of the beach due to the fact that this area is generally acquainted with a visit to the beach. So no, if you want to be politically correct, shark attacks do not occur on the beach, but due to the fact that you were able to understand my sentence in the first place, and that the beach and the ocean surrounding the beach generally go hand in hand, I think that my sentence was still a logical statement.

Well, unless you're dealing with a land shark.

First off, I apologize about the misquote.
It is theoretically fixed, but I might have just made it worse.

also please learn what depression is.

8 year olds don't get depressed by seeing someone make a better project than them.
I think the word you're looking for is ‘sad.’
they get ‘sad’ because 8 year olds overreact to everything and there is nothing you can do to please them.
I exaggerate a lot. (That was an exaggeration. I don't really to it much.)

What if we turned this the other way around? Hiding the loves and favorites from the creator but not everyone else.

People still can brag because he still can see love and faves, and scratch, since 2008, was using this loveits and faves, and somone brag or desmotive? NO, another, that the point of show and tell fourms, to get more views or something, actually this just cant be possible, no support

plus, when somone see like 9857125812957235103 loveits (just kidding, dont take that number serious) somone really CAN get excited to make projects to get something famous, including me, when i was a new scratcher, the only thing i feel when see that number ludicrously high, i only think as I could do that too

I know and get the thing of scratch isn't about fame, but i cant stop seeing suggestion like ‘'PRIVATE statics on my stuff’ and all the people who know about the ‘'scratch isn’t about fame'' dont stop of saying the same thing ‘'No support, scratch isn’t about fame'' and ‘'People can brag about it’' all the time the same thing! ‘'People can brag about it’' all the time, when the problem of scratch Was never the brag and do posts like ‘'Remove love and fave’' is just exaggerate, remember the main slogan of scratch, ''Imagine, Program, SHARE''

using this logic of ‘'scratch isn’t about fame'' will finish with:
-Delete views
-Delete love and fave
-Delete New Scratcher
-Delete feature projects
-Delete followers
-Delete front page curator
-Delete Studios Followers
-Delete comments

That like destroy the community!

Every time I see these kinds of posts, I die a little inside. Just because one seven year old cried to his mama that his project didn't get 4 billion love its doesn't mean we should outright remove it. Sure, you judge a project by it's content, but what if you wanted to see more of that content? Motivate the creator to do more instead of creating projects with obvious “Meh.” in them? What if I couldn't see what projected I loved so much that I Favorited? by this logic, we should remove comments, too. Because you can say that you got more love-its and favorites. Why don't we remove the cloud, too? People can create leaderboards to have high scores, but some get low scores, so why don't we remove that? Also, while we're at it, let's remove profile pictures, too. Because someone's profile picture can look better than theirs! And they can comment about it, too!

Sorry, but no support.

Although some people don't like the “fame” aspect of the site, it's there, and part of the fun! Come on: Who doesn't like to say, “wow, this guy has followers! Let's see if I can get some!” Or maybe, “Oh, I want that many loves! Why don't I do something like this?” No one is gonna quit the site because someone else got fame. Not a good thing to do, it's called being jealous. And besides, the community aspect is actually pretty good preparation for the real world! In the real world, some people are famous and cool, others aren't, and that's how it is! There's nothing wrong with healthy competition! And very rarely do I see people/projects with lots of loves/follows/etc that don't very much deserve it: most famous Scratchers worked hard to get there, and deserve to recognized.
Now, I'm done with my rant. And I'd better get back to my algebra homework (I have serious focus problems )

PS: If you check out my profile, you can see I'm not famous in any way. Lol. But it's not like I'm saying this because I want to keep my fame. I want others to keep the fame they deserve, and me (if I ever get famous).

when green flag clicked
forever

set [my side] to [KEEP THE STATS! ]
end

PPS: I'd also like it if they'd bring back the follow #s, just so y'all know

Thanks for reading my opinion! I hope you agree (and if you don't, that's really fine too )

Why are you even worried about other people? Are you feeling depressed about it? Then yes you should do this topic. But if you think other people get depressed and you don't then what the heck are you doing? And if you think people get depressed how do you know? This is a bad topic.
