Hi I would like to ask if I edit the django.po file offline, can i import it to my offline editor so that I can see the effect directly?

But there isnt any django po file located inside the folder. I can only find the ms-po file which does not include the translation for the tips. I can only manage to translate the editor but not the tips

I think the tips might be loaded live from the website. So, you need to contact the Scratch translation team to get your language listed on the Pootle server. It will then be available with the next website update.
