Each little angle in the picture is a combination of two directions–an intermediate and a cardinal, on a compass rose. When putting the binary in, the cardinal direction comes before the intermediate direction. I need someone who has quite a bit (or at least some) time on their hands to put some or all of the directions into the binary. If you do a section, it's fine, but please post between what and what symbols you did. I'll start here:

1-4 (first through fourth, next person does 5-whatever)
1000 1111 1010 1001
