Suggestion: 'Attention Needed' section of homepage

I've been on scratch for a whole week now and none of my projects got viewed at all. I have a feeling that my projects are too old to be on the ‘New Projects’ section. Because there would then be nowhere for my projects to go, They might stay that way. If my projects don't get the attention they deserve more than anything on scratch, then:

-RIP-

wait, who was he?

To fix this, I think that there should be a section of the homepage that shows projects over 1 week old that have under 25 views. Projects with a combination of the least views and the longest time since shared should go first. It'll be called the ‘Attention Needed’ section. (This next part is completely optional but VERY VERY HIGHLY RECCOMENDED TO ADD) If a scratcher doesn't view at least 2 projects on the Attention Needed page in one month, they will be permanently banned.

Scratchers like me are the most indescribably underserved and need the attention more than anyone. So please, just help me out and Scratch can be 100 times better. And plus, Scratch will keep its members for a lot longer. Just think, If you don't add this, Scratch could be shut down due to very low amounts of users in 1 year. But if you do, Scratch would stay open for a really long time.

Certain no support for the permanent ban. I have been on holiday for 2 months, but would I want to get banned? And also no support for the whole suggestion, it's a waste of the scratch team's time and the homepage, and after all, there is already the new projects section, which seeme to be enough.

What part of “completely optional” didn't you understand? And plus, here's what I heard: “Just scrap the whole idea because The Scratch team is never going to implement that and they think you're useless and that you should leave Scratch.” I'm offended. I just needed help with getting my projects noticed.

It's not that I want you to get banned, it's just that I'm really mad at the fact that there's no support for projects that need attention. To me it seems like if your project doesn't get views in the time it's in the New Projects section, it's going to be really hard to find afterwards.

Support, but it will probably be full of blank and extremely low-quality projects. However-

Whoa, whoa, WHOA! Excessive, much? What if you're just on vacation? Or perhaps the user is quitting Scratch, but decided to leave their account up? Or what if you're really really busy with schoolwork, and don't have time to be checking up on Scratch all the time, much less view new projects? And getting permanetly banned? Talk about excessive punishment.

Look, I know how you feel. I used to be just like you, with nothing but a bunch of unviewed projects and zero friends. Almost all of my project views came from myself checking on my projects to see if I had any new views. When I came to Scratch, I didn't know anybody. Nobody knew me. And that's how it usually starts on Scratch, or any social network for that matter- you don't know very many people, but eventually, as you start interacting with other projects, finding studios you like, and participating in discussions on the discussion forums, you find friends. And every once in a while, when someone is just browsing through random projects on the site, they bump into one of your projects. They open it, view it, and give it a love or even a favorite. The same thing happens to some of your other projects. Eventually, the followers of the people who liked your project see it and view it, and they like it. A couple of them find your profile, and if they like your projects, they follow you. And then you have a follower. Slowly more people fall in line, either from the connections you made through your chats with other Scratchers, or just random people randomly finding your projects. It takes time, but eventually you will start to get some views, likes, and even followers. It took me some time to find people like that, and I'm sure it will take you time, too. Just be patient, chat around on the Scratch site (just don't spam!) and eventually, you'll end up like me- not popular, but not unknown either. You'll get there one day- and maybe you'll even surpass that. I believe in you.

You've only joined a week ago, give them some time.

They might stay that way. If my projects don't get the attention they deserve more than anything on scratch, then:

There are too much projects Scratch would need to put up in this section. No support, sorry.

because it's 3harsh5me.
Also, what if someone had school for 2 months? Would they be perma-banned?

I'm sorry, but honestly, they don't deserve the most attention. No one would like it if Scratch was all SIMPLE projects considering how many experienced users there are.

Therefore, no support for all.

Basically, I just want Scratch to be more balanced. I feel bad for the other users who don't get much views like me. I've actually experienced this with my last project on my first account. My first account was pretty popular in the middle of it's lifetime, and I got off to a really good start. That's when I started losing popularity. I waited for 3-4 weeks for my projects to get more views. My first account's last 2 or 3 projects only got around 7 views. It's final project didn't get viewed at all. Sure, it may look like I'm jumping to conclusions now, but it just because of my first account.

Except for this:

I get what you mean. It can really be frustrating when no one views your projects. But permanent banning? That's a little to harsh. Wouldn't it be upsetting if you were really busy for a month or two, and you came back to find that your account was banned? I think that Scratchers should be encouraged to view the projects, not be punished for doing so.
