No More Than 3 Scratch accounts on one email.

So, I know a guy that has like 5 scratch accounts on one email. And it's the same guy! He doesn't even use the other ones, and keeps on making more because he is to lazy to remember his password. I think there should be a limit on how many Scratch accounts allowed on one email, like maybe 3. Then siblings can join on one email, but there won't be fake accounts, well not as much, though.

Unless there are more than 3 of them…

Anyway, no support. There is no rule against having multiple accounts, and most of them are not “fake accounts”.

No support, what if say you have a sister.
You make an account, and you make a test account.
Your sister comes along, and makes a account, and then wants a test account.
Also, there is an easy workaround, first you make your account, confirm it, and change the eamil to a total randomness.
then do that for everything

No support. Scratch allows users to have as many accounts as they want, and students at schools may all use the same email.

The only problem about setting it to setting it to a random email address is when you froget your password or when using Contact Us.

No support, there's no rule against multiple accounts, unless you're getting over a ban.

Your first post said that you wanted a limit.
This post says you don't want a limit.

Which one?

I'm leaning to No support, some siblings may want to create an account with their friends other brothers and sisters too! But also this is a great way to prevent spamming!

No support per the reasons above.
There's no rule against making multiple accounts, as long its not a fake account.
Imagine if you make an account I'm scratch, 2 of your brothers uses scratch too. You make a new test account, your brothers also make a test account. What will happen ?

Support. What user needs more than 3 accounts on one email?
I know people have test accounts, but you only really need 1 test account.

If a user can't remember the password they used, then that's what the forgot password link is for.

Edit: You shoudn't be ban evading anyway. I know this one user that has gone through like 15 accounts because the previous ones kept getting banned for them being rude.

No support, loads of accounts are totally legit and approved by the ST. As per above, schools need to have loads of accounts under the same email address. Also, what about collabs? (Under the system, you could only have 2, 1 if you have a test). Finally, what about internet-related-IP-changing things like Tor? (That's why IPs aren't much the best way)

No support, if there were 3 siblings registered under the same e-mail and they wanted test accounts that wouldn't be allowed.
