Hmm. The new color touching block actually threw off the color sensing (again) on my Tron Project. The little block things can go through the lines again.

Would it be hard to add the Scratch 2.0 theme colors to the mobile interface?

You guys are just bringing update after update! At this rate, we'll be out of beta in no time!

The mobile interface is great! However, a 2.0 color scheme and bbcode tools would be nice. (Shouldn't be too hard to fix)
EDIT: I submitted a pull request on GitHub to 2.0-ize the lofi color scheme.

The lofi color scheme is designed to be minimal and to direct focus toward the content. It is not meant to look exactly like the Scratch 2.0 color scheme, which doesn't look great on mobile devices. I tried out some more “2.0-ish” colors for headers and text, but it put way too much emphasis on components of the page which don't matter nearly as much as the actual posts. I don't plan to “2.0-ize” the mobile site, but if you think you've found something that is more effective at accomplishing the goals of the mobile site–ease of use, simplicity, minimalism, and focus on content–please share it.

@nXIII I think that consistency across the site creates a better user experience.

The mobile site will never be completely “consistent” with the main site because it's designed to look better on a mobile device than the main site does.

EDIT: It's also designed to have less stuff than the main site so pages load faster (and we don't give people giant charges for data use!).

awesome! all we need now is er, wait we have gzip oooh! anyway iOS web clip meta tags (apple-touch-icon etc) links and integration with the main site (i mean a mobile version of the main site too)
