I was thinking of a mod for scratch 2.0 that would have more paint features. Such as photoshop and gimp. And after your done, you could import the image to the scratch editor.

Good or bad idea? Also, I was thinking of assembling a team to help me on the dev of this.

The Scratch Team is already working on more shapes like triangles for the paint editor. But I don't know if it would be so useful if there're more Features because that's lots of work for the Scratch Team. And if you want to make such comlicated costumes you can create them (if you have) with photoshop or gimp or another paint Editor and upload them to Scratch then.

Sounds great. Sometimes features in GIMP will just make me confused and features in Scratch are a bit too simple

You aren't allowed to name your mod it a name which contains the word scratch.
