I like the single player Splatoon mode. I jokingly told my dad when I died on the level Ink Stains and Teardrops, “I'M JUST A CADEEEEETTTT!”

I continue to be the only one to think that 3D world is not the best game ever but rather that it is a regular amount of fun. Both galaxies were better to me. (also, cat suit is most annoying powerup ever.)

Matter of opinion. Did you forget Spring Mario?

Matter of opinion, yes. Forgot Spring Mario, no. (this opinion is based less on the powerup's mechanics and more on how they're used in the levels, btw.)

I personally liked it. One of my favo(u)rites might be the Clone Cherry, though I have no idea why.

In case I ever get the game, which would you choose for splat zones:
The N-Zap ‘85 or the Dual Squelcher?
They both have splat bombs and the Echolocator. They also have the same damage rate.
I’d prefer the one that's faster at spreading its ink.
It seems like the N-Zap is faster at shooting and therefore would be better at spreading, but from my research it seems like it has a very low spread per shot, therefore giving more accuracy.
Meanwhile, the Dual Squelcher has the critical ability to go toe to toe with the .96 Gal and even the Squiffer and outrange the .52 Gal.

So which one is better to deal with enemies that get too close while make sure to keep the Zone locked in? (Note: The purpose of this set is to safeguard the zone and play support through the Echolocator.)

TBH, I'm really torn b/c the Dual Squelcher is cooler IMO but it seems like the N-Zap would be better at getting the job done…

man, the more info I look up about Splatoon, the cooler it looks.
sadly, I missed both the hype train and the opportunity to get a cheap Wii U.
(prices before splatoon were around $230 here: dirt cheap compared to the PS4 and Xbox one. (and better than them, too!) unfortunately, post-Splatoon, prices have almost doubled. the Wii U now costs around $450. but, you can get splatoon as a bundle, so that might make up for it)
also, I just cannot BELIEVE the amount of awesome remixes the main theme has!
have a favourite? reply and post it!

(BTW, I used links to a site called yourepeat because A) normal youtube links don't seem to work, and B) you can listen to them endlessly!)

Guys, is it bad that I pull an AlpharadTV and try to preform squid form parkour? (AlpharadTV is a YouTuber who does Smash Bros. and Splatoon things. Language warning though.)

Actually, I'm in a similar situation. The posts I put a lot of work into are often thrown aside for smaller ones.

If I ever get the game, which I reaaaally hope I can do, this would be my gameplan:
-Splattershot Jr. (Until level 4)
-Tentatek Splattershot (Until level 8)
-Jet Squelcher (Until level 10)
-Splattershot Pro (Until level 12)
-.96 Gal (Until level 14)
-Splattershot Pro (Until level 16)
-DUAL SQUELCHER WOOOOOOOOHOO
All of the other guns are to learn all of its features.

Personally, I'd love to be that guy that you know will try his best to protect the zone (this is for Ranked, I'd rather play ranked as soon as I get it) but will still try to back you up, then pop his Echolocator so you can go ham ^^

Yes be that guy that stays near a splatzone and shoots enemies incoming those people are so useful! Or you could defend the snipers by hiding in ink and waiting for enemies to kilz

Can someone please explain why the Splat Pro is “sooo” much better than the dual squelcher?
I mean, yeah, it kills in 2 less frames (big deal, you'll probably trade with either one thanks to the fact that ink actually takes time to travel and lag) and the normal one has what might be considered a better special for the zone (the Forge has the sensor and the Zooka, which, considering your range, isn't as useful as it could be), but the Dual covers ground faster, wastes less ink per shot, and you have more margin for error.

Besides, why are they compared in the first place? They're both very versatile and pretty much all around (just with boosted range), but the Dual is better at support while the Pro might be better for the frontlines.
